This summer, the Salem Athletic Department in partnership with Total Performance Training is hosting all-girl strength and conditioning sessions throughout the entire summer.

We resume training on Monday, July 11th. Sessions are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 a.m. All Salem, female athletes are welcome and should arrive by 8:20 to the weight room for check in.

During the first two weeks of summer, we saw over 90 different female athletes and averaged 45 participants per day.
