Salem Girls Track Winter Workouts will be held Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (from January 7th until March 8th) from 2:30 to 3:30 pm at Salem High School. The cost of our winter workout program is $10 per athlete per month – for about $1 per workout, our athletes will receive outstanding strength, explosion, and injury prevention training in conjunction with Barwis Methods of Plymouth. All Salem Track & Field athletes looking to maximize their performance this spring, prevent hip & shin injuries, and prepare for the rigors of track season should really plan on taking advantage of this program. We are bringing in some of the best trainers in Michigan to work with all of our athletes who are not participating in a winter sport at Salem H.S. for a very low cost – really, there’s no reason not to join us. And for those athletes who want to have their best possible 2019 track season . . . . you need to join us.
So how do you take advantage of this great opportunity?
1) Pre-register by completing the short e-form at https://bit.ly/2UNNSno .
2) Complete the liability e-waiver for Barwis at https://bit.ly/2A4uPMW . (This is mandatory before you can workout with us; your “Affiliated Group” is Salem Girls Track.)
3) Bring workout clothes & shoes, a water bottle, $10 (or $30 to pay for the whole spring), and some hustle on Monday, January 7th! We’ll meet you at 2:30 pm in the Upper Commons at Salem.
