Multiple Teams · Volleyball 8/17/20: This Week’s Schedule and Tryouts

Helllooo ROCKStars!

What a great few days of workouts last week!  There were moments that we were super excited with what we saw and know that once in the gym, things will look different, in a good way. Some of you will be amazed at how your body adapted to the net height and that you are now a stronger hitter with a better vertical, arm reach and foot speed.

The following information is from MHSAA:

“The Representative Council will be meeting again next Wednesday [8/19] to finalize the competition calendars for boys soccer, girls swimming and volleyball.  Further guidance regarding these indoor facilities in Phase 4 is coming to schools next week. Please look for our next update to reach you on August 19 with finalized plans and dates for the remaining fall sports.”
