SATURDAY AUGUST 1, 2020
LOCATION: THE P.C.E.P. VARSITY TRACK COMPLEX
The Way It Works:
Athletes show up at 8:30am and sign up on chart.
Gun goes off to start event at 9am. Entire team runs the first mile together.
Team will purchase pizza lunch around 11:30am.
Family/ program pot luck around 6:15pm.
Entire team runs last mile together around 10:45pm.
14 hour relay ends at 11pm and site cleaned up.
11:10pm Athletes picked up and head home for sleepy time.
Dinner volunteers needed for grills, bbq chefs and food donations.

The baton is moving for all 14 hours.
Team switches directions after 7 hours.
Each athlete runs a mile at a time in the order of chart sign up.
Athletes may run with another person but must run when it is your turn.
Food and drink donations by families needed. Sign up at link below.
Adult chaperones needed in 2 1/2 hour shifts. Sign up at link below.
Athletes hang out, play games, sports and relax throughout the day and get to know each other.
Final Camp sign up and payment due at 9:15am to coaches.
Clothing order #1 due online and payment due to coaches.
All checks made out to Salem Girls Cross Country.
MHSAA Physical and permission slip packet due to coaches.
Athletes should bring their completed pink training calendar to show Coach Dave.
Athletes that have completed calendar will receive Salem XC training tank top.
