Girls Tennis Summer Strength and Conditioning

This summer, optional strength and conditioning training is being offered to the Salem girls tennis team.  If you’re interested in attending the sessions, please keep reading! Three sessions open to volleyball every week in the Salem weight room starting the week of June 14th. Girls Basketball, Girls Cross Country, and Football will also be in attendance.
