Salem Athletics Summer Conditioning

Thank you to all programs that have committed to the summer program that we are investing in for our student-athletes. This program began Monday, June 15th and continue throughout the summer until Friday, July 31st Monday through Friday. Volleyball Summer Conditioning

Three sessions open to volleyball every week in the Salem weight room starting the week of June 14th. Girls Basketball, Girls Cross Country, and Football will also be in attendance. Players must wear appropriate gym shorts, shirts, and running shoes to weight training, ABSOLUTELY NO SPANDEX SHORTS. If Coach Becca sees spandex shorts, you will be unable to participate

Salem High School Honors Night, June 4th 2015  2015 Female Athlete of the Year: Shara Long  Shara excelled at Salem as a member of two varsity programs – girls basketball and track and field.
