The following fees are required to participate on a High School athletic team:
- $385 annual fee per athlete regardless of the number of sports played (all sports except ice hockey, lacrosse, bowling, 9th baseball, cheerleading, pom-pon)
- PCEP Family Maximum $780
- PCCS (middle schools + high schools) Family Maximum $880
- Self-funded sports set their own fees and guidelines, and do not count toward the graduated system or family cap.
Payment is required when student athlete is notified of team participation. Students who do not pay the fee within 14 days of the beginning of the season may not be permitted to participate until the fee is paid. No refunds after 14 days into the season.
Student athletes receiving free or reduced lunch should contact their home school Athletic Department to receive an exemption from the participation fee. The exemption does not automatically apply.
