Salem High School 2nd 137.2

Great effort all around. Gymnasts trying new skills heading into this season. Upgraded vaults are still a work in progress. In practice they work great, but in a meet where there is a lot of pressure, they were not quite ready yet. Consistency on bars continues with strong performances by Chloe Wiewiora (8.75), Maya Deem (8.45). When 6 out of the 7 scores you can count from are in the eights its a good bar day. Camryn Moyers took 1st on beam of the entire night with a solid performance earning a 9.275. Senior Adrienne Demoss had a solid routine earned an 8.525. New routines and new connections are still in the works for floor. The girls showed great attitude and effort. The team had two nines on floor earned by Riley Fisher (9.025) and Chloe Wiewiora (9.0). Great performances throughout the night also from Julia Devine, Cloe Longeway and Kacy Jones.
