Every Athlete is Required to Submit Weekly Mileage
over the Summer to the Coaching Staff
Athletes must train and log at least 130.2 miles over
the summer, be able to run a Cass Benton “Fitness Check” under 30 minutes or
4 miles under 40 minutes and attend at least 1 “Fitness Check” in order to have the
privilege of attending training camp.
